We need a fair deal for the motorist, who pays several times over for using
our roads. |

For far too long, there has been under-investment in roads, and misguided
policies have actually removed road space and aggravated congestion. The
government wants to further reduce
road speeds and charge
motorists more for the privilege of driving in congestion. |
