I wish to object to the draft Mayor’s Transport Strategy proposals, particularly

Councils being required to force us out of our cars through traffic reductions
Any extension of the Congestion Charge
Any new ways of paying for road use
Allowing the Mayor to set the rate of VED (‘road tax’)
Workplace Parking Levies, which would be a tax on going to work
